Sergio Ramirez 

Sergio is the head baker and a partner at BFB. He has extensive training in some of the most well know bakeries in New York City. His passion for what he does shines through his delicious creations, where everything is hand-made, from scratch.

Brianna Meredith

Brianna is the bakery manager at BFB. Brianna graduated with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in 2015. Upon graduating, she managed a cupcake franchise store in Orlando, Fl, and then went on to be a national corporate trainer for that franchise. Brianna returned to her roots and moved back to Georgia where she married her high school sweetheart in May 2018. Brianna has a passion for patisserie and baking and looks forward to bringing delicious pastries and desserts to the Braselton area!
